Viewing Stereograms
Viewing stereograms is a great way to relax. Viewing them is a skill that takes a little time to develop.
To see the stereo image:
- Cross your eyes slightly or focusing beyond the image
- Relax your eyes and look through the image, not at it
- Stereograms will appear as a third image centered in your field of view
- Pick a particular element in the image and try to bring it into focus
- When you "have it" relax. Some people describe it as a "click" or being locked in.
- Move closer or farther from the screen until the 3D image appears
- Be patient - it may take a few moments for your eyes to adjust
